The staff is friendly and helpful. The building is a charming 1930's house in a quiet area. Free wifi is provided. The room is tidy and the shower is great. The location is ideal for visiting Smiltene and the Teperis race track. The breakfast is good and there is a park nearby.
There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel is situated in a good location near a park and not far away from the city center, which is convenient. the room is quite spacious and has enough cupboards to keep your things. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing valuable information on what to visit. Breakfast is tasty and well-made, and the coffee is exceptional.
The air conditioning system doesn't seem to work properly, and the room's ventilation is not great, which is inconvenient during hot weather.

I had a lovely stay in this hotel. Its location was fantastic, being close to the center and a park nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing me with information about the city's best places. The cleanliness was remarkable, and the hotel facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was perfect. I also appreciated the easy access to transportation and parking.

the warm and cozy room made for a comfortable romantic getaway. We also appreciated the helpful staff who provided us with information on nearby attractions and restaurants.
The noise level in the room was quite bothersome. We could hear our neighbors talking on the hallway and slamming doors, which disrupted our quiet stay.

The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the town centre and a peaceful environment to relax. The breakfast was delightful and highly recommended. The staff was friendly and approachable, providing helpful information about the area and ensuring an enjoyable stay. the nearby park was an excellent place to go for a walk and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
Although the facilities were modern and well-maintained, the shower was somewhat confusing to use, resulting in water flooding the bathroom floor. the thin walls between rooms made it difficult to sleep without being disturbed by noise from neighboring guests.
